Professional Property Valuer

Mr. Khaile is a seasoned valuer who is a graduate in Real Estate Valuations acquired through the Cape Peninsula University of Science. He carries a professional membership of the South African Institute of Valuers.

Mr Khaile is having good knowledge of the profession both from a technical and legal point of view with over 15 years of extensive knowledge and experience acquired through the City Council of Windhoek’s Department of housing, property management and human settlement; specializing in full-time valuations.
He is now involved in a wide range of valuation assignments including Market valuations, Bank lending valuations, General & Interim- and Proposed development valuations throughout the country.
