Christopher TY Khaile / Professional Property Valuer
Chris is a seasoned valuer who is a graduate in real estate valuations which he acquired through the Cape Peninsula University of Science. He carries a professional membership with the South African Institute of Valuers.His having good knowledge of the profession both from a technical and legal point of view with 15 years of extensive knowledge and experience acquired through the City Council of Windhoek's Department of housing, property management and human settlement; specializing in full-time property valuations.
Foibe Johannes / Professional Property Valuer
Ms. Foibe Johannes was employed by the Namibia Post and Telecommunication Holdings (NPTH) as a Property administrator were she was responsible for physical property inspections, script assessment reports and dealing with building compliance. She was also employed by Pierewiet Wielders Valuations CC were she was responsible for property inspections, collecting comparable data and compiling valuation reports. Ms. Johannes graduated with a Bachelor of Property studies Honours and carries abundant knowledge of the property management profession.
Margaretta N.L.K Nakashole / Professional Property Valuer
Miss Margaretta Nakashole graduated with a Bachelor of Property Studies honours degree from Namibia University of Science and Technology. She has worked at the City of Windhoek in the Department of Housing, Property Management and Human Settlement in the Valuation and Property management Divisions. She was also employed by the Ministry of Land Reform as an intern Assistant Valuer. She has working experience and knowledge in the real estate industry, focusing on property valuation and management.
Paradzayi Karumazondo BProp(Auck), PGDPS(UCT) / Professional Property Valuer
Mr. Paradzayi Karumazondo brings over 20 years’ experience to the Valuation Industry and Property Industry in General. His working experience spans over property valuation, property management and development as well as estate agency/brokerage. He worked for the City of Windhoek as the Manager of valuation services. Specialist areas of practice include valuations on: Development land, Proposed Developments, Residential property, Mortgage/Secured Lending, Commercial property, Hotel/ Hospitality property, Service stations.
